The IQAir CleanZone SL stand-alone air purifier was developed for offices, schools, hospitals, and other commercial sites negatively effected by elevated levels of air pollution. IQAir filtration media in the CleanZone SL removes more than 99% of all particles 0.3 microns or larger and is proven to filter ultrafine particles down to 0.003 microns in diameter, the smallest particles that exist. Diesel soot, allergens, viruses and all other airborne contaminants are filtered continuously and clean, healthy air is returned to the environment from the top of the CleanZone SL systems.

Independent third-party testing confirmed the superior filtration capabilities of IQAir's filtration technology. A study conducted by the University of California, Riverside's College of Engineering - Center for Environmental Research and Technology demonstrated that the IQAir CleanZone SL stand-alone air filtration system removed 90% of black carbon particles and 94% of ultrafine particles in the air from a classroom in Jurupa Valley, California.
